Men's Ministry

In this ministry we seek to be men devoted to the Glory of God. It is by grace and through faith in Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior that we have our being. Thus we are motivated and guided by the Holy Spirit to glorify our God. Likewise, we are obligated to spread the good news of Salvation to the unsaved as well as those who profess to be saved. We will continually teach the saved of our duty of righteousness, and encourage all to live the new life we now have in Christ Jesus.

We would like to partner with our pastor, all clergy, deacons, and trustees to carry out the duties expected of men within the church; to aid all ministries when called upon; to encourage our young men towards godliness; and to give of our time and talents to our community.

It is our hearts' desire to achieve the following goals and objectives: 1) To help men of all ages deal with life's circumstances, 2) To share God's Plan of Salvation, 3) To make disciples, 4) To become devoted men of God, 5) To be an active body in New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 6) To train men to be leaders in our church and community, 7) To increase fellowship among the brethren, "Let brotherly love continue", and 8) To establish a Men's Bible Study.

The ministry progress will be measured by conducting evaluations, by our growth and development, by praise reports, and by way of community outreach.
